Using The Acid and Alkaline Foods Chart to Maintain Good Health?

In a previous blog article, I mentioned the differences about Acid and Alkaline Foods and Health. This time i will actually list a food chart listing different types of Acid and Alkaline foods. You can used this chart to compare it with your current diet and create your own Alkaline diet strategy. This chart provides information that shows the contribution of various food substances to the acidifying of body fluids, and ultimately, to the urine, saliva, and blood. In general, it is important to eat a diet that contains foods from both sides of the chart. For most, the ideal diet is 75% alkaline foods and 25% acidic foods by volume..
